Program Associate
Aditi joined Upaya in 2022 as the Program Associate for the Upaya Accelerator Program & partnerships. Through Upaya, Aditi wants to help build a community which gets empowered enough to inspire, build and uplift itself.
Prior to Upaya, she was working in EY LLP as an Advanced Tax Analyst (US Global Compliance Reporting). During her tenure, she ensured the successful delivery of various US tax returns and overseas tax filings for various sectors ranging from Oil and Gas to Hospitality industry, which gave her an exposure to financial analysis and industry/market research across a wide array.
Currently she is also the Head of Operations of Meal For Soul, which is an NGO for which she coordinates a plethora of activities from fundraising funds, networking with influencers, recruiting volunteers and conceptualising events.
In addition, she was also a tax intern in EY LLP, where she attended women conclave events & collated financial schemes available for entrepreneurs along with preparing factsheets with the company structure, investment highlights & related parties for clients. As the business operations intern in Virtuous Retail (The Waverly, VR), she effectuated strategies i.e. curated website & multiple OTA profiles to boost social media campaign and assisted the operations & marketing team by obtaining collaterals via negotiation with various stakeholders.
She is a graduate from Christ University, Bangalore with a Bcom (Honors) degree, specializing in Finance and Investment.
