Aneel Kumar

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Aneel Kumar has more than 13 years of experience working with small and marginal farming communities. He has a proven track record with top multinational companies and rural development organizations. His areas of expertise include sustainable farming, organic and fair-trade cotton, team building and leadership, project designing and management, training/capacity building programs, and marketing. Aneel is a social entrepreneur and founded two projects. He spearheads Grameena Vikas Kendram Society for Rural Development, an NGO working for sustainability causes in India and beyond. He earned a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences from A. N. G. Ranga Agricultural University, India, and MSc degree in Organic Agriculture from Wageningen University, Netherlands. He also holds a Master Trainer certificate (FAO of the UN) in conducting Farmer Field Schools.
