Sruthi joined the Upaya team as an analyst in 2019 and supports various functions within the firm. She primarily works under the portfolio management and investment vertical by providing support and technical assistance.

Prior to Upaya, Sruthi worked with Tresvista Analytics as an investment banking analyst. Her key role was to perform financial analysis and market research for boutique investment banks in the US and UK, with a focus on the healthcare sector and e-commerce sector. She has worked and interned in other financial roles in different capacities prior to this role.

Sruthi holds a BBA in Finance & International Business from Christ University, Bangalore.
