Shrishti comes with a strong drive to create impact using data and believes in efficient decision making through powerful data and analytics. She is currently working as a Senior Data Associate under Impact Management and Portfolio Management at Upaya.

Prior to Upaya, she was working in the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) team at EY LLP and was engaged in financial cost optimization and technology transformation projects for the global FMCG and e-commerce clients.

She has also worked with not-for profits like International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) as a Quantitative research associate wherein she contributed in creating an ecosystem for biopharma entrepreneurship in India; Population Council, where she performed qualitative research to study the reproductive choices of adolescent females. She started her career as an Analyst with EY LLP under International Taxation.

She holds a BA(H.) Economics from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi and Msc. Economics from TERI School of Advanced Studies.
