Shineel is the life force of THOA. She is the creative strategist and the passionate entrepreneur leading THOA to its vision. She leads the demand side of business with product, branding, marketing and customer experience.

Shineel is an MBA and a Finance graduate from NMIMS, Mumbai and was previously leading CXO leadership transformation for the Arvind Group.

Varun Arora

CO-FOUNDER

Varun known for his dynamism and methodical style of working leads the supply side of the business with operations, logistics and finance. He has 8+ years of award winning experience with companies like British Council, TATA Group and Mahindra’s.

He is an Engineer (IT) and a MBA from Welingkar’s, Mumbai.
