Archana Gautam

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Archana Gautam has over 20 years of Production and Design Experience across the industry. She has a PG Diploma from the School of Gemology & Allied Studies, Swiss Cottage, London, and has been the product developer and manager at various manufacturing and handicraft organizations such as Sur Style Jewellery and Bhavya Manufacturing.

Mokshita Chanana

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Mokshita Chanana has 5+ years of work experience in the Bhavya Manufacturing Unit in Jamshedpur, as well as an MBA in Agri-Business and a BA in Psychology. Mokshita has done extensive market research and pilot testing using sustainable resources such as waste wood, crafting, and designing, and all this knowledge was used to found Rassaa in 2017

Sagar Chanana

DIRECTOR

Sagar Chanana has 11 years of rich cumulative experience across various corporate and entrepreneurial ventures. He received an MBA in Finance and Marketing from IBS Gurgaon in 2008, and has demonstrated excellence in driving mission-based projects by playing a pivotal role in setting up operations from the ground up and scaling these projects into sustainable and profitable businesses.
