Megha Agarwal

CO-FOUNDER

Megha has been working with Inclusive Development Pvt Ltd as a Co-founder since its inception. She has been an active part of the structuring and shaping of the company. She completed her MBA in rural management from XIMB in 2019. She has also been associated with Teach for India, Bernard Van Leer Foundation, Ergos and various production houses as an intern and volunteer. She was also a fellow with Milaap working in rural Odisha for 6 months.

Shipra Agarwal

CO-FOUNDER

Shipra is currently the Co-Founder & CEO at Inclusive Development Pvt Ltd. She plays a key role in resource allocation and strategy for the enterprise. She is an Engineering and MBA graduate. She has worked fulltime with Essar Steel and Axis Bank previously. Her dream is to contribute towards strengthening the bottom of pyramid by creating dignified jobs.
