PeriFerry is the first social startup in India that dedicates itself towards uplifting the transgender community. They create equal opportunities for the trans community through Training, Employment, and Entrepreneurship in an effort to bring the community into the mainstream. Their LGBTQ+ sensitization programs help businesses, large and small, build inclusive workplaces.
Till date, they have reached out to 750+ community members, upskilled 300+ candidates and placed over 130 people. They have also sensitized 16000+ corporate employees and their client base includes Accenture, Adobe, ANZ Bank, Walmart Labs, ThoughtWorks, The Lalit Ashok Hotels, Valeo etc.
