Sharayu has nine years of IT industry experience and has worn many hats as the Project Manager, Technical Consultant , Sr. Infrastructure Engineer with companies like Mphasis , Amdocs and Velocity, respectively. With a mission of making the lives of farmers easier and more self-dependent through technology, she founded Bharat Krushi Seva with a team of enthusiastic individuals to uplift the lives of farmers.

Hemant Dhole

CO-FOUNDER & COO

Hemant is a passionate farmer with over nine years of experience in Computer Engineering and has worked for companies like Amdocs and HSBC as Technology Specialist and Technical Consultant. His strong desire to utilize his technology experience towards Sustainable Agriculture has led him to join Sharayu in founding Bharat Krushi Seva. He believes that farmers can maximize their quality yield to cost ratio of their production if given the right personalized crop advisory and the right access to agricultural input at the right time.
