JobNukkad is an online portal that offers to connect blue-collar workers with employers. The portal displays the resumes of maids, cooks, caretakers, and drivers—all informal sector workers—made accessible to anybody looking for their services, thus cutting out the middlemen. They aim to improve the lives of the people at the bottom of the pyramid by improving their source of livelihood. Their mission is to disrupt a large, unorganized market by using technology.
